The AutoStack FSX is our largest bale stacker model and has been designed to fit the needs of farmers and contractors that want to maximize the efficiency of their bale logistics.

With a completely automatic working cycle, the collection and stacking of large and heavy bales can now be carried out by one single operator in a safe and consistent manner, saving hours of time and minimizing labor costs.

Both bale stacker models are built with top electronics and hydraulics, offering farmers very reliable machines that will operate in all sort of terrains and conditions.

The biggest difference between the two is their loading capacity.

The FSX being the larger model and recommended for contractors or big explotations that need to move large amounts of bales.

The XP is ideal for farmers with smaller fields that are used to work in humid conditions.

The collection system is patented and unique in the market, loads all types of bales and sizes without damaging the product. The chains are automatically activated once the bale is detected and the loading process is carried out with one single turn.

Platform on which bales are grouped as they are delivered by the pick-up.Once the space available on this platform is full, the bales are vertically pushed onto the trailer bed by a circular movement

Extensible to increase the machine’s loading capacity and transport more bales. It can go from 6,3m (fitting 14 standard 90×120 bales) to 7,2m (16 standard 90×120 bales)

Assure perfect alignment of the bales and prevent their misalignment. Adjustable left side-panel for centering the load on the trailer bed. Right side-panel can be hydraulically adjusted from the tractor cabin in order to correct the alienation of irregular-sized bales.

The power is fully hydraulic and independent from the tractor.It has its own high-capacity variable flow pump. It has an electrically controlled hydraulic distribution. There is a total control of the operating speeds and pressures for all of the AutoStack’s movements.

Alternative of manual control of operations using the levers on the hydraulic block.

Independent hidraulic suspension on each wheel giving a perfect adaption to any terrain since the wheels are constantly in contact with the surface. There is minimum or no risk of overturning on slopes. Also, easiness to change the wheel in case of a flat tyre.

Choice available between hydraulic or pneumatic brakes.

It is not necessary to adjust the hight of the tractor hitch. Our system guarantees a constant distance between the trailer bed and the pick-up arm.
