Road service technician (Ponoka)
Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates.

As a road Service Technician, you have to deliver the desired customer service experience. Your goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction. Other job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits.
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Fulfill customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Build a good relationship with our customers.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Proven field service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service agricultural equipment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Familiarity with Agricultural equipment such as tractors, balers, skid steers, etc.
  • Journeyman: Agricultural Equipment or heavy duty.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a mechanic.
  • Team player.

Agricultural Sales Representative (Ponoka)
Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. 

Duties of an Agricultural Sales Representative involve all that is related to selling, and promoting
the products offered by Noble Equipment. Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Promote our products to existing, and potential customers.
  • Building, and maintaining long lasting relationships with customer.
  • Cold calling.
  • Equipment demo’s.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and after sales support and service.
  • Limited overnight travel required.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Should be familiar with agricultural equipment.
  • Equipment Operation experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • At least 5 years of previous work experience in an outside sales position.
  • Is eager to keep current on product knowledge, the competition, and equipment values.
  • Well organized.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Friendly and motivated.

Parts Technician (Nobleford)
Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates.  Our Nobleford location is currently accepting resumes from organized, team-oriented individuals who are looking for a career as a Parts Technician.

As a Parts Technician, you will manage and dispense parts inventories. Other job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming parts inquiries from internal and external customers via phone, email or in person.
  • Determining customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
  • Recommending alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
  • Accurately processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.
  • Stock Handling (Shipping and Receiving) including coordinating freight options.
  • Maintaining accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Performing weekly cycle counts as well as monthly and yearly inventory counts.
  • Work with AP to ensure records are complete and accurate.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Desired skills and experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Parts apprentice and Agricultural industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • PFW/CDK experience considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
